The Purpose and Vision of Pua Mau Place

blooming woody plants.
The name Pua Mau means ever-blooming in Hawaiian.

A mission of Pua Mau Place is to educate
and promote awareness of, and conduct research on, the uses of flowering plants
in a Hawaiian arid environment for
ornamental, agricultural and bio-regional purposes.

One of the purposes for Pua Mau Place
garden is to create a place for serious plant enthusiasts and horticultural researchers to pursue their interests.

 

As a Not-for-profit foundation 501(c)(3), a tax
deductible donation will be requested upon entry
to help develop and sustain the gardens for the
enjoyment of present and future generations.
